Lxogood= Great Seller
Hey guys.
I recently purchased a Rotora big brake kit from Ken (LXOGOOD).
Ken was a great seller and a great guy to deal with. Ken is also a MAN of his word, which is hard to come by these days.
During the course of our transaction we had the worst thing possible happen to US.
UPS lost the ROTORA calipers/pads and brake lines. UPS still has not cut KEN a check to cover their lost boxes. HOWEVER... Ken went as far as ordering a new set of calipers/pads/and brake lines and spending his own cash for these. AS IF this wasn’t enough. He sent the NEW calipers and everything else 2 day AIR via UPS to assure we wouldn’t have the same problem again. This probably cost a small fortune considering the weight of the calipers and the distance between us. I am in Florida and Ken is in California.
Ken obviously did NOT have to do this. I would of and COMPLETELY expected to wait for UPS to cut us a check and then go from there and send the package the same way as before.
IT is people LIKE KEN that make Internet transactions good and make me feel safer about future purchases.
ALSO ken is even nice enough to help me with some details on my car and ALSO went through details I didn’t know about when it came to my wheels and offsets. I call him still for advice on the car and am glad we had the opportunity to do business. I WOULD LIKE to do business again in the future with him and EVERYONE can assure he is A MAN OF HIS WORD.

Thanks for the reply man.... Let me just say that Rick was a great buyer throughout this whole UPS mess. We must have talked about 30 times during this course and he never once got upset or hassled me over what happened. Between the time he paid me and the time he got the new brake setup that I had to go and purchase, it was over a month. Most people would have pulled their hair out but he managed to stay cool while I was dealing with UPS. He is a great guy to do business with. Thank you bro......
