So I just had a sudden spike of art inspiration kick in today (probably explains why I been rearranging house decor all morning). But anyways, looking at our 3IS exterior design with the sharp edges and swooping curves I kinda envision a "Samurai" like design, I'm not sure if anyone else see's this, maybe I'm just tripping. But what do ya'll think about having traditional Japanese prints applied to the car in a very subtle way.

 

this is in the wrong Section...i think its due to this Sub-Section being way up top of 3IS Sub-Section?

anyways, depends on how big you wanna go and what wheels you want the whole look along with any body style pieces


i.e. let's take Cherry Blossoms that have been done...a lot...some good some not so much or doesn't seem to compliment the lines of the vehicle or "flows" well

for the 3IS, maybe its with age but Lexus doesn't scream put a bunch of graphics, decals, etc. BUT at the end of the day....its your ride man, do what you want:

personally, this is overkill to me:



too much esp. on what looks like OEM ride...to me, stickers you add during a long time process with every mod or experience...not a bunch at once

just today, saw a Mini Cooper with a decal: "Street Legal, Go KART"...made me smile



hopefully this helps your cause man but i would mull it over a bit, maybe decide on wheels + body kit + hood + diffuser + roof spoiler + etc. beforehand
