A local shop did it and the tint was called DYNOsmoke by STEK
Ah ok... I did a partial wrap on my taillights because when I tried to do the entire lights minus the revers clear parts, the film would fail where the two little "fins" are on the sides. I also did my headlights in lamin-x

I've tinted my own taillights before on my old car but the ones on the IS are a lit more tricky so I didn't even want to attempt it.
Finally getting around to modding my car after a year of pretty much rocking everything stock. I previously had a 2016 IS350 F Sport RWD and last year had the chance to upgrade to 2019 IS350 F Sport AWD which has been helpful in the winter.
