That's awesome you were able to get in to the 13s! My motor and exhaust are both stock, but I did recently install the Red Bullet VVT solenoid valves. My best 0-60 is 5.80 seconds and 1/4 mile in 14.02@102 - not on the track but using the Dragy GPS app. Know what you mean about the launches (I'm on 245/19s), as I've been trying different suspension settings as well as dialing back my Pedal Commander. But I'm still getting some wheel spin, so I'm working on different style launches to hopefully get in to the 13s as well.

Hey Mike, check out my fastest times to date with my 2007 long wheel base. No tune, gearing, exhaust, or motor work/mods. Considering exhaust work cats back but I prefer to keep it on the quieter side even though yours sounds good. Take care brother, and keep us posted after you hit the dyno.

With his tune and an unrestrictive exhaust I can imagine 30+whp easily which would put it at about ~415hp, will post real numbers soon. A supercharged car with a proper tune should easily make over 500 at the crank, no reason it shouldn’t when ISFs and others are making over 500 at the wheels with boost.
Any sound clips of your exhaust setup?

That’s definitely not bad for a pretty much stock L. The best I could get stock was 13.85@102 with a 2.28 60ft on the street but did manage a 5.35 0-60 with careful throttle input, traction has always been a problem with this car lol. The stock exhaust is pretty restrictive but you can also shed quite a bit of weight changing it out, the L is even more disadvantaged with weight. The dyno should be soon but I want to get the car weighed first to have most accurate numbers possible.

Very nice brother! Could you post those Dragy stock times here when you get a chance, thanks.

I was mistaken, the 5.35 was right after I got it tuned. 5.58 was my best 0-60 stock. These runs were done June 2020 in the evening in central Texas. I usually have a DA of 3k+ so it’s not as good as it could be. Only mod at the time was catback exhaust.

Thanks, that's what I was looking for, pretty much the improved performance with the catback exhaust alone. So the Red Bullets alone are almost the same (improved times wise) as the catbacks. Appreciate your input brother!

I’m not exactly sure about that because we can’t compare our numbers directly without a Density Altitude correction factor cause mine is significantly higher and even then it’s not perfect that they’re estimates. Unfortunately I don’t have 100% stock times to see the actual improvement which I think is the important part. But I’m interested to see what improvements a catback would net you, imo the weight difference alone is worth it considering a rear muffler delete shaves 40lbs by itself.

Yep, first rule of modding, get a stock baseline. Removing the stock exhaust will help negate some of the added weight of the LWB and is definitely on the horizon somewhere. However, my thought is that if it sounds fast, it should be fast. And the 460 is not fast to me. Since I prefer a more stealthy sound for my 460, the exhaust system is not high priority. Have you considered the Red Bullets? There's a brand new pair for sale by L's TLS in the classifieds.
