I really want to buy it but really hesitant because i dont know how much control i will have with the Jog stick, i know that its a touch screen but would still like some control with the jog. My car is in the shop right now but I'll tell you that the joy stock worked just perfectly in the normal andriod ui main page, but it doesn't function when you start going into aftermarket apps downloaded from google play store. You just have to use the touch screen or siri voice commands, works fine for everything else.

Sound good its pretty much what i was thinking, i was worried that it would be glitchy with the joy stick because i bought the Carlinkit Carplay box plug n play and it sucked, super glitchy control and can only move left and right unconsistently and it would randomly cause my AC control to automatically turn on which gave me a horrible experience so i returned it ASAP after one month i finally got my refund what a nightmare.
After spending hours reading the thread i finally came across you who actually bought the screen unit with joystick control which gave me hope thanks for that. Hope you get your car back soon if you can please post the vid i just want to see you use the mouse a bit and go to carplay/waze mode which is my main reason for the upgrade. the vid will definitely boost up my confident. thanks.
does the ikonmotorsports diffuser replace the oem? or does it stickonto oem by using 3m tape.
It replaces it OEM one completely, it does not stick on over it.
BUT, the fitment was not good and I had to modify it to get it to fit right, so I'm not so sure I'd recommend buying the same one unless you are handy and can fab some brackets yourself, I explain in a little more detail earlier in this thread, here: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/bui...l#post10723018
Fantastic looking automobile. I have a 2016 IS300 AWD base Obsidian and starting to play with it. I have added the RR tune, intake, K&N filter, and charcoal delete out the gate and its really woken up. Have been looking at wheels, want to bump up to an 18", were you able to adjust you speedometer to the wheels or just drive 5mph slower and do you feel it messed with the shifting of gears of the vehicle? I was looking at some 18" F sport wheels but your are fantastic. Any regrets on the hood? I am in Virginia but go to put in on the track this spring and was thinking of that very hood to let the heat escape. I will have more questions as I have money to throw in to my project but thank you for the detail of the thread.
Where did you get the lower front grill from? I've been looking for something like that to keep leaves out. The current stock one is just letting everything through.

My car came with a "luxury" package, which included 18" alloy wheels from the factory, so there was no need for me to reprogram my speedo
ZERO regrets on the hood, absolutely LOVE it! Sometime I consider removing the wrap and sporting the pure carbon, but I like my all murdered out black theme so I haven't done it (yet? lol)

It's even better now that I finally got around to installing some new adjustable front ball joints, got my front and rear alignment dialed in perfectly now and it lessened the front wheel gap some as I was at a bit of negative front camber in all the pics (just did the ball joints a few weeks ago

Since I haven't posted an update with new mods since last year, I have a big update, I've done a bunch of cool things this year.
RR racing Carbon fiber steering wheel w/ Alcantara grips and royal blue stitching
RR Racing air oil separator
Beatsonic front & rear camera interface with oem look button. It is currently programmed to: 1 press = front cam for 10 seconds then back to previous screen, 2 Presses = backup cam for 10 seconds (can pull up anytime you want) then back to previous, a 3rd press goes back to previous screen immediately.
Ergo Touchpad(Replaced OEM Joystick, perfect for andriod units) (carbon interior trim looks weird because of camera flash)
RC-F touch activated dome light conversion (think everyone knows what this looks like, so no pic unless requested)
F-Sport Speedometer / gauge cluster conversion + programmed to actual miles
3d Printed Fuse box cover
3d printed under seat AC duct adapter (turns "ventilated" seats into "AC cooled" seats, the seat was raised all the way up for this picture, with the seat in my normal riding position (all the way down) the duct nearly touches the fan, so I am robbing all the cold air from the back seats, which I am fine with since I only have a rear passenger on the rarest of occasions and my seats are nice and chilly now, it's hot as heck here in TX!
Credit card key fob (goes in my wallet, no more keys for fobs to carry!)
