Engine looks nice! I'm all about a clean engine bay. Mine stays cleaner than my car lol. I can't help but clean every part that comes off and goes back on when I do engine work. Since I just did a cam swap, everything is very detailed looking. Even though no one sees it, its something to take pride in.

Engine is done and running. Needs tunning. I have a MAP-ECU3 that I am currently learning how to use. supposed to be a good piggyback. I'm running rich on start of of course because of enrichment etc. I get a rich code after operating temp is reached but that is expected due to the larger injectors. However, there are no major issues. The S/C sounds real nice in there. I'm now concentrating on cleaning up the rear end. Has a few trouble spots that I'm in the process of fixing. Plus, adding some new and old upgrades. Wanted to have it ready for the summer but it seems like it wasn't in the cards. Oh well! Have to do it right and not half ***.

Spent the nearly the whole month of September fixing a couple of surprise body issues.
This 3 process welding machine came in real handy

I was lugging these heavy *** GS seats around; I must have moved them in and out of the car about 10 times (I have a small garage and didn't want to leave the seats outside) when I came up with the idea of swapping these seats out for lighter/racing seats.
I decided to go with a pair of RSX seats. I've never seen them installed in a GS. I saw a post that a member slipped a pair in his SC.
They dont look half bad. Got a mint pair for a song.
They are way lighter than the GS seats. They hug you way more than the stock seats do and there are no motors or auto features to deal with which I can live with. In fact, I welcome it. Trying to drop dead weight anyway.
However, in the cold months them leathers are like sitting on ice up here in the North east, so I will be adding the stock seat heaters and the seatbelt warning as well.
The connector for the air bag on the RSX seat looks the same as the OE seat air bag connector. I am tempted to try for compatibility but need to verify which wire is the positive lead first. Not in the mood to just go for it to say the least..lol

Haven't posed in a while. Not feeling being out in the cold this season plus got my house to work on. But I still managed to get a few new things going while continuing to work on the other upgrades.
Aftermarket alarm with remote start going in, allong with new bigger door speakers and motorized folding side view mirrors with turn signals.

Also changed out the old door locks, might as well right?
Want to maintain the look of stock as much as I can (or make things look like they belong..lol) so I fabbed up a switch to wire in the folding mirrors using an OE JDM switch and housing.

Old GS had to go. It served me well. Buy had to get rid of the leftovers so my bro and I cut it up into nice bite-size pieces.

Nice, I'm in the process of forging my 2j. Makes for a lot more potential for sure. Do you have a turbo setup in mind or Supercharger?
