Default 2 prong connection causing starting issue

This part is located above the alternator. It has a zip tie on the picture. Can anyone identify the part? I've replaced cam sensor, crank sensor, valve cover seal, plugs, new key transponder, new key immobilizer. Car still acting up. Sometime it will start sometime it don't. Any ideas....anyone?
