2JZ/A650 transplant
I first want to apologize if I am not posting correctly, I ma very new here and happy to be on this site to learn much about the extraordinary 2JZ and the A650E auto trans.
I want to start off with explaining why I am hear. I have acquired a 2004 GS300 2JZ-ge vvti with auto trans and trans engine harness attached, along with the ECM for a pretty good price I think - $650, 113,000 miles, running engine. I bought it to swap in my 93 190E Mercedes because the engine is not good, I am concerned I am missing some things to run the engine and trans. I only have that one harness that comes off the right side of the engine, there are a bunch of connectors all over but only two connectors fit in the ECM. I have not found good information about doing a swap like this using the OEM computer with the auto trans. I guess what I am asking is for any information about the ECM, maybe if someone can provide a diagram of what controls what on the 2004 GS300 engine control module and anything else that would be relevant to doing this swap. I really believe this can be a great setup for any older car so I will help to provide details on the swap during the process.
Thank you to all in advance for any information that can be given on this and I am happy to add pictures of what I have to work with!
FYI - I am not worried about the fitment. I have that already figured out and it will fit like a glove.

All of the plugs that plug into that ECU. You will have to pin out a lot of them since you are not using the GS body.
Hopefully you got the Key and corresponding transponder box for the ECU. If not the car will not start as those ECUs are immobilized from the factory.
As far as diagrams go....they are all online. You will just have to sort all of the electrical systems that you need and the ones you dont.
Would anyone be able to apply a link to those electrical diagrams? I don't think I am looking in the right place.
Thank you in advance!

If you have never done wiring before this will take you a while to grasp.
