question- I have new set of volk rays— 19x8.5+35 front and 19x9.5+45. What tire size should I go with- I asked couple of people- got different opinions but I’m still confuse what will the best choice for my rims. 225/35/19 front 255/35/19 rear,
235/35/19 Front and 265/30/19 rear, 225/35/19 front and 245/35/19 rear. So which one should I go with

It depends on what are you trying to accomplish.
Do you want good meaty tires?
Are you going to be lowering your car? if yes how low/high?
Would you be willing to run camber arms?
All those tires sizes you mentioned are within ok range so that your speedometer is not too off compared to stock tire size diameter.

So far I’m not sure if I want to Lower my car but in future I might get bc coilovers to Lower between 1 to 2 inch. So for ryt now I need a good set of tires for my rims so I don’t have to deal with any rubbing or fender roll and no I don’t want to use any camber arm

Go on tirerack and look up some of those front/rear size combos. You want the front and rear to have no more than 2% difference in overall diameter or it will cause pre-mature ware on your drive train.
Stock rolling diameter is 25.1" front and 25" rear
225/35/19 front - Rolling Dia 25.2"
255/35/19 rear - Rolling Dia 26"
difference of more than 3% plus your front rolling dia realistically will be even less than 25.2" due to the weight of the motor. (highly not recommended)
look up the other sizes you have in mind and select something as close as possible to stock rolling dia.
