If you can hang onto it, then do. I sold my cool car when I married and bought a house. It’s much harder to spend money on a fun car after your buried in responsibility. It’s much easier to just keep what you have, if you can.

How do you remove just that center piece from the rear seat?

pull up on the rear seats themselves to remove them. After they are removed you can slide out the center piece
