So I found this trd bumlee and was wondering if it only comes as the rear diffuser and how would I go about installing it?

 

It's a 2 piece kit... replaces the black plastic OEM below the bumper.
You will need to cut the OEM bumper where the reflectors go to install. (so you will not be taking it off ever again once installed).
It also comes with an under diffuser piece that bolts over the OEM one
