Returned it. The entire rear subframe/carrier has to be lowered to install. The bolts cannot be accessed without doing so. Too much trouble =(
For those interested, yes, it is a direct fit. All Lexus RC rear sway bars are the same. (200t/350/F-Sport/non-FSport) 3mm larger than stock IS F Sport.

How much thicker does the sway bar need to be in order for it to make a noticeable performance difference? You said all RC sway bars are the same? Does this include RCF? Wasn't mentioned in the quoted message.

I doubt the RC-F sway bar is the same. Just the ones mentioned. 200/350.
People report the RC sway as making a difference. so I imagine 3mm will make a difference.
