GS300 Misfire in cylinder

GS300 Misfire in cylinder
Hello, I have a GS300 2004 model, North American Specs.
Earlier this morning, when I started my ride, the throttle wudnt work, i applied full accelerator and then the rpm increases, else at 1000 rpm and below its just wobbling with intense vibrations and parallel to this is that my air condition has completely gone out of order and its just throwing out warm air. I did an electronic check on my engine and it shows Cylinder 1 misfire, system too lean bank 1 and oxygen sensote heater control circuit low.
also the engine check light and vsc nad vsc off lights are showing
please help!
