I got the Airbag Cover on Ebay. See Link. Its like $60.00. The bracket is harder to get since no one really sell a "Blown" airbag. For the bracket, I believe all the 13+ Lexus will drop in or 13+ Toyota & even FRS/BRZ bracket would work but it requires you to modify it a bit, which I did.

Made some progress, went with a BW S360 since I am running out of money.
Driftmotion drain flange with build in O-Ring
Backside of Ebay logstyle manifold.
Welded the nipple on the driver and passenger side. Put a bolt in and tig around it.
Just need to figure out the wiring, fab the downpipe and this is ready to drop in.

so this is a 2015 steering wheel but did you get a 2015 wheel air bag cover? Im trying to do the same conversion but all the air bag covers for 2015 aren't around. only 2011-14 which looks just like this so I was wondering if thats what you did and it fit no problem. They look identical.

so once I get the wheel and the cover all I need is a blown air bag for the bracket? Or do I have to go buy another air bag and maybe can I take an air bag from my 99 steering wheel now? It probably have to be 2014-15 air bag? But what mod did you have to make to the bracket? Some filing? Drilling? Thanks for the help

I used a 2014 Camry Bracket. The Camry bracket is too short for the Lexus wheel. In other words, when I put the cover on the bracket (after taken out the blown airbag), the cover is touching the steering wheel and you can't press on the horn. I put 3 long bolts on the bracket to pop the cover out so the horn will work. It quite hard to explain but its not very hard to do. If you get a lexus bracket I think it will be drop in. Also, I reused the SC300 Cruise Control stick, the CT200H one didn't work, the new cruise stick has 3 wires, the SC300 uses 2 wires. Hope this helps. The newer wheels feels amazing, even better than my ISF steering wheel.

Yes that definitely helps. Last question is does your current steering wheel have an air bag and if so where'd you get it from? The set up looks great in the Sc the steering wheel looks very smooth I have been looking at the ct200h model wheels and I want to say yours is a 2015 because 2011-14 is silver where the buttons are but instead yours is black which looks better than the 2011-14 thats why im trying to replicate what you did.

I understand what you did now. you took the bracket from camry because it was toyota and you made it fit in the new wheel. No airbag means theres nothing behind there so you have to have something to press on for the wheel to beep. Is the resistor part hard?

My flange nut on my fuel line is seized, I managed to separate the hose from the hardline at the end but to avoid dealing with it again, I decide to try out the AN hardline compression fitting. I bought Earl's 165056. However, it's made for a 5/16 OD line (the JDM hose is 8mm, a little smaller than 5/16), I will report whether this will leak once I get it.... I am running a -6an line to the fuel rail at the moment bypassing the fuel pressure dampener.
