Duplicolor gloss white spray vinyl....and roll of blue painter's tape along with some newspaper. Sprayed on top of my existing PPF. Had to fix the line with utility blade due to line getting wonky on me when pulling the tape off. Took a good while b/c you have to take your time. BTW, more matte/satin finish than gloss
Will, looks good buddy!
You know I like it like that too, following the hood line.
Instead of blue tape & razor blade, you can try using actual vinyl to mask the center, and use "knife tape" to pull the line. Much safer. I was gonna try to find white vinyl to match car and just wrap the corners myself instead of using plastidip type product. It will last longer. The rubber spray stuff gets rock chips real easy. Guess it's easy to do over if it happens.

I have worked with spray vinyl before but went into it knowing it was an inexpensive temporary mod. I drive it in good weather and any chips, I can respray
I will eventually have my detailer install the white PPF instead. No rush, though. I thought it better to use a $9 spray to test and see if I didn't like it instead of just spending $$$ for PPF
Well, more road debris took out my rear passenger side tire...thank God it was almost to the wear bars, I have a replacement set of rear PSS tires, and had my stock set to swap on temporarily

UPDATE: spray vinyl is still holding up well after mutiple touch-less high pressure car washes and road debris...still haven’t gotten around to getting regular gloss vinyl sheets installed.

^^^ that’s good. Glad it’s holding up. Guess the texture isn’t great huh. Gloss vinyl would be better imo.
I’ve actually had a roll of Vivid gloss white sitting here for 5 months. Haven’t even tried a sample to see if the white color matches. Waiting on warm weather.

I concur. The roll of gloss vinyl would be better but as long as the spray is holding up and looks fine, I will just stick with it...no rush The texture isn't nice and smooth but only notice if you get up close and doesn't bother me that much. Better with the vinyl on vs. off for better flowing lines on the front with the new hood
