my IS250, I noticed steering wheel is loose all of sudden. I had this car for 3 years and it has less 20,000 miles on it.
but starting a month ago the I feel my wheel is loose/sloppy.
whenever making a half way turn or slow down my steering will loose pressure and gives me sudden twitch.!!
it gets really worse when I drive uneven surface. the wheel gets sloppy or twitch. other cars and I even test drive is350 and is250 2015 model and the wheel feels very TIGHT!! so I took my car to two different dealers. they did test drive with me. I asked them why the wheel twitch on even surface and moved 20, 30 or 80 degree when I'm stopping at red light on local street.
they said it's NORMAL! (I even took a photo when my wheel moved to 80 degree stopping at red light)
but both dealer said tire pressure, alignment and brake are still good condition.
but my wheel still TWITCH and feel extremely loose when I'm slowing down and make a lane change or turn.
I'm going crazy and don't know what to do with my car.
the car is still new but I'm very scare to drive the car. attached picture is from stopping at red light on local street. I was going strait!!
please can anyone let me know why it's happening?
