99 gs300 naT trans swap

I have bought an aristo tt trans to swap into my gs300 and am wondering if anyone has done this swap and can give me tips on making this as smooth as possible. Really need the help. My stock trans is crapping out cuz im running to much power.

aristo trans is 4spd, GS is 5spd. The 2 cannot be directly interchanged.
