Talking MY 08 IS250 AWD BUILD (Toronto)

Hey Guys! Its been a while since Ive been on the forums, and seeing everyones build threads really gets me motivated to post my own! So lets get started!

Bought the car in August of 2013, with about 130,000km. ~ 80 miles I believe? Heres how she looked when I first picked her up!

I absolutely could not stand the 4x4 ride height. So as winter passed I purchased a set of BC coilovers 10/12 spring rate, and they honestly rode like my stock ride. Maybe a tad stiffer but nothing too bad, very impressed. I installed the coils myself after work , finished at about 3 AM on a friday(night technically saturday). I was so excited that I ended up cruising for at least an hour on the new coils. Heres how it looked the morning after I slammed it.

A couple weeks after I bought the coils, I got my front lip, and installed the f sport grill.

Got the lip painted a week later. What a difference!

I got my rear diffuser, OEM spoiler, and new wheels! (Inforged IFG4) Flow Formed 20 Pounds wheels!

That was it for 2014, here in Toronto, it is currently -10, snowing, and the roads are all icy. I managed to pickup a new set of wheels as I sold my informed set. Got me some Varrstoen ES1!

I also got my ING lip and Wald spoiler sitting in the basement. Looks like the new year will be fairly exciting! Heres a test fit of the front. I also tinted the front headlights!

And thats all for now! Waiting for the winter to end so I can get everything put together as well as some exhaust work! Heres a snap of the car and some friends cars at the local cruises.

Yep, that's what drew my eye to it. LOL! It's one of the first things I did after lowering my 2IS. They looked horrible!

No problems lowering it, just the slight wobbles. Should getting the wald spoiler done soon and it will look dope. Tints are 20% purchased from my local tint shop. i did them myself. BEWARE it is hard to hit perfection tinting if you have no experience.

Did you use coilovers or springs? It looks so good lowered !!! I wanna lower mine but afraid of the wobbles and torn cv boots!

He actually lists what he lowered his AWD with in the 6th sentence of his first post. BC coils.
