My rear door chrome trim molding on 06 Is350 started to separate and peel/flap. It is ugly. I purchased the new part from Sewell Lexus MOULDING SUB-ASSEMBLY, REAR DOOR WINDOW FRAME, (RIGHT / PASSENGER SIDE)

Does anyone have instruction on removing the rear door panel and weather striping ? Please let me know...
