So I picked up a 1998 Lexus GS300, added version select aero, stance coilovers, 19 inch wheels, and here is the results.

in the 1st pick you bumper appears to have horrible fitment, any better shots of the car?

1st pic you are correct the bumper has horrible placement, we did not have it on properly. This was right after paint, I will have some better pics for you later.

It looks to be a Version Select rear bumper... definitely not a lip though.
