Nice work!
Probably one of the best build thread starts I have come across and in such a short time not less!!

I'm pumped to see it what you get the wheels and the coils on. Interior looks great! Great work so far!

wow you work fast within a month! welcome. where in socal are you from?

i'm curious as to why you were drawn to LS400s when clearly you love mazdas and their rotary engines. different sides of the coin i know but i was just wondering.

towing a car with an LS? i gotta see that!

sweet dude! my interior is also painted in SEM paint from tan to black, im impressed with how flexible it is. Couple knicks though I have to touch up.

dude if you ever come across black seatbelts PLEASE LE ME KNOW (after you got them for yourself obviously).
Maybe your buddy from japan could get some? i9 got a quote of 350$ for all 4 but the guys communication (white guy in toronto) is terrible and he coudlnt confirm which pieces it does or does not include. PM me please, would love to talk and see what your buddy in Japan could hook up.

Thanks for the comments and feedback gents.

I live in corona ca
I was drawn to the LS400 when my buddy who is deployed lend me his ucf20 for the time been. My other buddy has a mazda 929 that is also vip status. When I live in Japan I had a Mazda Sentia Vip as well so its been in me just not a priority when I got back to the states

So after 6 months of driving the ucf20 looking at a lot of factors. Room for my kid, good in gas, plenty of power, comfortable and very reliabl I gave in. But when I was doing my homework I was drawn in to the 1st gen better. I like squared edges and boxier cars than round. RX7 s dont count lol

Yes I am a mazda rotary freak. I am the same Alex Rodriguez Moderator on rx7club.com if it has a rotary and my name next to it chances are I will be found next to it....parts,builds,google.

I also race speedventures time attack and ocasional drag race. But with time I actually got tired of all the building and jackstand queens so I sold all my rx7s and kept 2 from the 6. The montego blue one does a 1:56 at cal speedway fontana with full interior and work equips. The red one is at 580whp andlooking for a 9 sec pass this summer.

As for the towing I was in florida for a race conference and saw a Ls400 towing a Drift AE86. Thats sealed the deal for me . Screw getting a truck. Most of the tracks I go to are 20-1hr away.

System is in now have to do the false wall. Keep in mind I went with cheap subs and amp but I am not shooting for competition just want some bass to go with my music thats all. Worst case a sub blows I will get another $25 lol

All 3 wired down to 1ohm amp is 1200 watt rms at 1 ohm as of now bumping it for 1 hr to work amp is not hot and it played the whole time

Ditto. Also where did you get the replacement "carpeting" and did you find a replacement black rear seat at the junkyard?
