I remember seeing a DIY and a site that sells leather dye's, but I think its going to be hard to match a worn out tan color. So it's probably best to re dye the whole leather a different tan like you did.

great job... was thinking about the dye as well, or paint, but wanted to see who's done it and is in the crazy heat. you're in florida which is good, you dyed\painted your seat, only bad thing is that it's your weekend so not enough volume going in and out of your car. how is holding up so far? any dye\paint you the backside of your clothes yet?

Like i said, i took the car for a place where leather seats are made, and they replace the parts that were damage and painted the complete seats. You must know, all leather seats are painted, could be black, beige or brown, all colors, even OEM leather seats in the factory
