Tabaka Build
I will say, i noticed a big change in my spool from the NA intake to the FFIM. Getting rid of all that piping made a huge difference. I expected to lose spool after going to a TT HG, but i see positive boost around 2500 rpm and it will spool to redline now... my turbo is pretty big too... t-70 with .96 a/r hotside.

My awesome belt tensioner is completely shot to hell. Listen to this at start up by clicking on the link below. I found a new one on ebay for $100.

I can see and hear the serp tensioner move forward and squeal when someone starts the vehicle. When I give the car some sharp gas from the TB, I can see and hear that tensioner move with a squeal. I'll try the tensioner first and go from there. If it's the crank pully, that's going to be fun. I'm going to be removing the head when I install the TT gasket, so that's when I'll tackle that if required.

Picked up an authentic Blitz BOV yesterday. One step closer.
All that's left is the clutch, pressure plate, (possibly flywheel), TT headgasket and ARP studs.
Ran into a snag though. My bathtub in my master bathroom cracked and is leaking to the bottom floor of my home. The entire bathtub needs to be replaced and it's not an easy task. Talk about perfect timing, there goes $1,000 bucks.

Still need...
TT HG - $120
ARP Studs - $145
Oil lines - $200
Clutch & PP - $400
Rear main seal - $60
Might just get Cam seals as well and new PS line + crush washers.
Basically another $700 and I should be just about done. I'm sure random things will pop-up during the install so I have to factor in a few more hundred for stuff that might break or need to be replaced.

Saved some money and bought some used oil lines for $45! They aren't cheap lines either. They are Aeroquip and Phoenix Industries lines and hose. The -4 is ptfe, not the regular rubber hose. The fittings are red and blue, but that's ok I guess. I'm going to pick up the rest of the parts in the next few days, but I might add new motor mounts, PS pump + hose, and crank pulley to the mix. I thought it was the tensioner that made the squeal, but I was wrong. I can't identify the sound location, but someone else mentioned that it's probably the crank pulley. When i remove the engine and head, I'll replace it.
Looks like your on the right path. I cant wait to see when everything is together. Im in the process of picking up parts as well for my turbo build. My last build i kinda rushed everything but this time im actually taking my time with the build. It feels good when your doing it a second time but you know what your doing hahah.
