I bought the same stuff actually. Did you notice any white "specs" on the tape? When I took mine out I noticed very small white specs that are actually in the tape itself, not sitting on top able to be rubbed off.

^ Wait you do realise that there is a clear film on the top side of the tape right?

After the install the tape you have to take off the top film which is shiny, maybe that's why you're getting small white specs.

If you have removed the top film that protects it then I'm not sure why you're getting small white specs, mine have been good so far.

That's what I thought but when I tried to peel the top layer off I couldn't separate it. Guess I'll have to try harder.

Finally after more than a month of waiting and having my car up one jacks I finally got my powder coated callipers back.

I decided to go with Candy Apple Red Pearl, comments and criticisms are welcome, enjoy the pics:

BTW The pics aren't that great because it was midday and the lighting was crappy.

love the mods defratos, looking good. i think that candy red on the calipers was a great choice and the red leather is very cool with that exterior color.

i must say i'm not a fan of the blacked out tips tho, but maybe will look better once you get your black emblems on.

you plan on lowering it any? also, you might want to get some proper dressing on those front tires, yikes! ha jk

Honestly in this country I don't even want to think about lowering the car.

I lowered my previous car and regretted it because roads here are unbelievably bad.

If anything I will probably just go for wider tyres for now.

Lol I was hoping no one would notice , I had the wheels off for a while and drove by a construction site. All cleaned up now

initially I had ordered GEN1, but after I finished I order a few rolls of GEN1 and GEN2 (GEN2 is slightly wider which should make for an even easier install) but I haven't tried it out yet
