On the caliper, is that a Lexus sticker?

Is that a sticker on the caliper, or did you use a stencil to paint it?

So it was that time of year again to start polishing up the car again. Decided to go with a more aggressive approach since I still had quite a few defects in the paint. I went with a more aggressive pad which was the Lake Country Purple wool pad. This pad is the most aggressive pad there is for the Porter Cable. I used it in combination with a more aggressive compound which was the Meguiars M100 Cut Compound. After using this aggressive method I went with the same finishing compound of the M205 combined with a White Lake Country pad. I also took more time on my passes and improved my technique. The results so far speak for themselves.

Look at the AMAZING gloss coming from that hood!!

Trunk action! Liquid Glass

This is the roof, you can even read the words "Garage Doors"

Front quarter Panel and Drivers side door. The correction is amazing.

Still need to finish off the other sections of the car.

Great job, now you need to seal it with some sort of sealant. I like Meguiars synthetic sealer, there is also a more durable longer lasting sealer called opti coat, its pretty expensive and a one time application that supposed to last years.

That's some great work on the paint! How are the caliper decals holding up? Also, what's some thoughts of yours on the driving experience going from your Z to the GS?

Thanks, the decals are holding up perfectly. No issues so far.

Going from a Z to a 4 door luxury sedan is a big shock for me. I really miss the sportyness and handling in the Z but I like how the G has a lot of room inside. The only reason I made the switch though was because I needed a bigger car quickly to transport my 2 yr old and this was the best deal and best looking car available at the time. My first choice was a G37 Sport Sedan but I could not find any that were in good condition. They were either all ragged to hell or were previously involved in accidents.

Got my side chrome and the chrome around my headlights wrapped in the 3M scotchprint Gloss Black vinyl.

If anyone is interested in where I bought the vinyl, I bought it at this website.

Saw this new 4D Carbon Fiber Vinyl and trying to figure out where I may use it on my car so I ordered a new sample of the Black Metro 4D HD Flexible Carbon Fiber Vinyl Wrap and it looks pretty neat. Check out the sample I bought below.

Here is where I bought it. Look under the Carbon Fiber Vinyl section for it.
