Chrispy is correct.
From all the data I have been able to gather, there are no LS430s for the US market that are true UCF31 (and so marked on the VIN plate).
Other markets distinguish the factory air suspension models (similar to the UL in the US - but perhaps with a different feature set)) by the UCF31 code.
I think this issue is now pretty well resolved, but a counter example would be very interesting.

Yesterday which was Saturday, I fixed a couple things with my car. I had the ticking side mirror on start up, and I also had a seeping valve cover.
I did the rubber hose trick in the DIY thread and it seems to work fine now.
here's the bank 2 valve cover off, if you're curious what it looks like in there.
I also hooked up my friend from Oakland up with a set of LEDs for his ucf.

This is an '06 rsx treated with interior, license plate, and 6000k hid kit I did yesterday too.
