I'm kinda liking yellow or gold calipers now.

How often do you hassled about the tint in GA? I have got to darker than what I have now, which is what the installer claims is legal limit.

I only got pulled over once with my tint, but he gave me a warning.

Where did you get the decals from? I know it's been discussed all around the web but since your calipers look soooo good what was your procedure.

I just scraped old decals off sanded down the calipers with 600 grit paper. Then i sprayed brake cleaner to clean off any access dirt and dust from the sandpaper, let it dry, put a piece of cardboard between the hub of rotor and Caliper, then sprayed 4 coats of Caliper Paint let it dry, then put the Decal on, then 3 coats of Clear Coat...and used brake cleaner sprayed on a rag and clean off overspray that the cardboard didnt block. Becareful as u do the last step because u dont want to spray the calipers while they are still drying.
I guess I could have posted a pic for each step but wasnt thinking about it at the time so sorry guys. Lol

Looks good my first attempt was with the brush on kit and after the first caliper I stopped since it was not coming out good. I went and just brought the spray. When it warms up a little more I plan to do the caliper and hubs since I got some spoke wheels and the rusted hubs just look nasty.

I'll give it a go when it's not so windy out. Thanks for the encouragement.

Thanks rome, I actually sprayed mine yellow and they came out pretty good but I banged them in a couple spots when I was re-installing them on the rotor and now I have some nicks. I plan to wait the 7 days then sands the areas where the nicks are then apply the touch up with a paint brush. After that I will put some clear over them. The yellow is going to be harder to keep clean but I like it. No pics until they are fixed up lol.
