The "general rule of thumb" is to drop first, then get wheels. Aftermarket wheels at stock height dont look that good compared to a lowered car IMO.
Makes sense, thanks. How you like the Megan EZ Coilovers?
I was looking at HSDs and KSports just cuz there were some good prices locally..

I love my EZs. If you do not plan to track your car, they are great for street use.

Ive never heard of those brands for coils before. I would suggest going with the EZs as they are the best bang for the buck IMO.

If you want more adjustability, go with BC Racing coils. The downside is that they are about $300 more expensive, but it depends on your needs

Yeah it would just be for a daily driver.

Too bad its January. Toronto is a bit sloppy right now. Can't wait til April when the snow is gone and I can put the wheels im ordering on.

I've tried reading into all this coilover and camber talk. So If I get some coilovers I will get a more customizable ride and ride height. What do the Cambers do? Are they necessary?

As you lower your car, it creates natural camber and induces toe on the wheel (the wheel tilting), after lowering your car past a certain point, the camber/toe becomes really bad and you need a camber kit to adjust it or you'll wear out your tires really quickly/have horrible ride.

From my experiences, you won't need a camber kit unless you drop your car pass 2.5 inches. I'm drop 2.25 inches all around right now and that's the most I can go before not being in OEM specs.

I see! Thank you very much. That was a great explanation, even I understand it now.

Got my door sills, need to tap into some wires to get em lit up!

F-Sport **** and Filter in.
**** is nice. Goes well with my interior.
Intake sounds nice at 3000rpm with JoeZ and Air Box Mod

Have a Dash cam on the way, maybe when its in can shoot a video to show the intake sound from inside the car. Also got a Rear roof Spoiler off eBay

Poor wallet, this never ends...
