O.G Build Thread....the blueprint 2 ...GS 430 REHAB...
Well after about a year of going back and forth on what to do with the GS 430 I finally decided to fix it up in my 2nd vision for the vehicle and its evolution as its no longer trying to beat you around corners 
. The first was how it looks currently, a nice traditional OEM+ look geared toward mountain roads which took 2-3 years to complete. I had multiple threads not one big one. The GS will always have a special place in my heart as that is the car that made me search for a Lexus Club and pretty much changed my life for the better.
For "REHAB" I wanted to share the build process for newbs and O.G's alike and I hope this thread can be a source for many for years to come. I am still looking for a clean look in my personal style, it won't be "JDM", "VIP", "Stanced" etc etc...it will just be "me"
Currently it is a 2001 GS 430 "Premium", no NAV with around 218k on the odometer. Outside of one cat that needs replacing and the radio bulbs went out, the vehicle is in top running shape. The car is no longer pushed hard so I'm trying to decide do I keep or need all these braces I have which have transformed the handling of the vehicle. For "Rehab" she will be turned into a cruiser since she is older and no sense beating the vehicle up.

Nice to see an OG getting back into the 2GS game 
I can't wait to see what you do with her, I've seen the last two GS's you've done and they are different styles but way clean! Are you running the engine cover with that TRD STB. Cuz I thought it didn't fit.

I had no idea there was some new section lol
BBS wheels sold to a bud with a IS Sportcross. Installed GS 450h wheels on it for now, is that a first? I'll post a couple iPhone pics.
19x8.5 and 19x10 cv3s are the choice in matte black machined. Nitto tires are ready ( forgot if Invo or 555s). Should completely change the look. Should have time in 2 weeks to do it.
Now will look for bbk... Also new front bumper...

Well I slapped the 18" 3GS 450h wheels on there for awhile...thread below.. I don't think anyone has put that wheel on the 2GS yet.
