Default Some more progress of my build! Black on black 600 plus rwhp:)

Thought i would do a little update on the car. About 3 months ago my baby broke down at the dragstrip. Clutch completely came apart and release and pilot bearing pretty much disintegrated. I was originally just going to do a clutch but of course that bug bit me with since while your in here you should replace this and this and so on.

So what i have done is went with a bigger turbo setup hp turbonetics 72mm, AEM v2 standalone with all sensors, R154 done by marlin crawler, upgraded to 1600cc bosch injectors, upgraded to 3" charge piping, upgraded to 4" intercooler core, aluminum radiator, phr water pipe, act extreme pp rebuilt by southbend and a custom feramic disk by south bend, chromoly steel flywheel, new pulley kit, all new gaskets and pilot bearings, all new digital evo series gauges by pro-sport, sold my bride lowmax seats(little to tight for me) and replaced with evo 8 leather recaros, awaiting my cage to arrive, bought another set of 19" rh evo j8's with perelli p-zeros 305/30's out back, new coils, and going to be tuned again very soon. Just thought i'd share! thanks so much for the space guys! Also pulled and rolled the fenders which i kind of wish i never did... now just wanting to go to master fabricators and have my one piece driveshaft done and hoping to get a 373 supra tt diff and hopefully stop throwing money in this thing lol. never ending process.....Really have been thinking of selling my complete r154 setup to go with a th-400 but still debating! Also changed and revamped my interior again lol.

Heres an older interior shot, as soon as my car is running again Ill be throwing some good hi def pics up.

Wow man, you are off to a good start. The first thing I would do is remove the ZEN MOTORS decal off the window and any others that you have. If they are not paying you to advertise then i would remove it.. I am kidding man.. What did they do to your car?

Whats your plans on the shifter for the R154? Where did you get the R154? Those are getting hard to find. My wife would kill me if I had car parts lying on the bed like that.. I could hear her now.. LOL

You are def in the right direction on where you are wanting to go. What are your goals you have in mind?

The Zen sticker will be coming off as soon as she is running again lol I'm taking her to battleground for the initial new tune on the Aem etc. The car was already r154 swapped so I still have the shifter from the first time the r154 was in the car. I just felt like the r154 tranny needed some freshening up. I feel like going v160 or th400 but i think the r154 is strong enough for my goals. my goals are around 800rwhp and a have a fun weekend car. The car is still very street friendly at 620rwho, i still have all the luxeries, nice hot heat ice cold A/C, etc. ill never remove A/c lol!

I honestly have no Clue who's gold SC that is. That was at the Charlotte IA meet from this past year. I saw a couple of Sc's and I asked if i could park beside them and they were super nice. Zen motors did the tuning and the fuel system in the car. Car was converted to E-85 but i felt the precision 1000cc were being pushed to hard. Here's the dyno numbers from Zen. All this was back in February on a very mild setup, cant wait to get back on the dyno with the new stuff on

I would love to someday achieve goals like that but for now she stays stock. Also, I do have to say you have one very clean ride.

Man i sure appreciate all the comments guys, i try to keep her clean as i possibly can. I love the power of the 2jz, my wife also has a turbo is300 which is her daily. Ill share this with you lol.

And my favorite picture lol

Also the lip is just material from home depot, its cheap but I haven't justified buying a lip just yet. My money has been going else where and I love the clean lines of the stock 97-99 bumpers.

Just saw you have a Marlin Crawler R154. How is that on the street? I plan on having them rebuild the junkyard transmission I found for my 5 speed conversion.

Man I love it, It's a bit notchy but with the redline mt90 it's really nice, I love the fact that it holds the power it does and you can get them really cheap. Couple with a tt rear diff it's perfect, currently im still on a stock welded rear diff

Thats awesome that your wife loves the same passion. My wife would just say, I might break a nail. She has helped me right now, and she is recovering from surgery. Batlground also tuned my car. I think they did an outstanding tune on my car. I wish I could have been there to actual hear and see it. No video could ever replace the actual being there. Zen also upgraded my fuel system but I told them to only tune it for 93. I might eventually upgrade to E85, but I just cant find it everywhere. That was my problem. Just didn't want to be in a bind and not be able to find it.
