Smile Canadian PoorForm Build: IS300 - BLK/BLK||5SPD||WORK'S + MORE

Here we go with my daily driver build thread, as I just started my project (Toyota Soarer) build thread on ClubLexus I thought I'd make my 2nd ever thread a build thread on my IS300.

My Soarer build can be found here:
PoorForm - Toyota Soarer - CLUBLEXUS Build Thread

Car is located in:
Alberta - Canada.
Anyone in Canada who says "I cant go lower, roads are too bad" .. is lying and needs to take their tampon out.

I bought the car completely stock last year, began ordering parts the day after I bought it. I switched jobs after I bought it so money was tight but now I'm back on track with triple the pay and triple the motivation. Lots of parts on the way and this build will be on-going, once I buy another daily driver then this will get the royal treatment as my Soarer is currently.

This car just like my other car, this will be built with the most quality parts to showcase the prestige that a car with carefully chosen quality parts can create.

This is a POORFORM member car -- POORFORM FACEBOOK PAGE

To start out, a little information on the base of the project. I bought the car completely stock, here is the OEM options list:

  • Power Everything + Seat Warmers
  • 5SPD Manual (W58)
  • LSD Differential
  • Black Housing Tail-Lights
  • OEM HID Bulbs+Ballasts
  • Sunroof

Here are the parts that I have ordered and installed or that I am still waiting for:

  • Lumens 6000K HID Foglights (Installed)

Car looks good. Great list of mods. I know it must be hard waiting for all those other mods on order to come in.

There will be fender work to be done for sure. If there is no fender work to be done your fitment is off.

Derek is right. I'm not spending thousands of dollars on wheels to do what everyone else has already done. I want to stand out, there will be fender work, but it will be stock fenders remaining on the car. It's time someone pushed the limits on the is300 and dropped 11's in the sedan rear end.

PoorForm indeed!
