I used a rubber cap on one side and machined an aluminum block off plate for the other. All ya need is a single flat piece of metal and a grinder. I put a bead of RTV around the edge to make sure it didn't leak.

Slight Update with a couple of questions. I replaced rear main seal, cam seals, and valve cover gaskets. Removed hydro water pump and basically cleaned and search for broken hoses etc.

questions of the week are as stated LOL
in the pic with valve covers i need the part number for that hose and i need a downpipe to connect to the stock y pipe with the twins. And help me verify my ECU please thanks!

Dirty before then CLEAN!

And here is that hose I need the part number to

for the ECU that is a Soarer/Chaser Auto ECU so you're all set there. For the hose, i found a piece of hose in the back of our parts department and modded it to fit. IDK if there is a direct replacement out there, but as long as the hose is rated for oil, tranny fluid, etc. then you should be ok. Just make sure they don't give you a hose rated for coolant (had that happen with my PS reservoir hose, swelled up and got all mushy and moist )

You either have to find a soarer Dp or just take the car to a shop and have them make you a pipe..finding that pipe will not be easy .

Nasty. No clue what that stuff is in your intake. It kinda looks like corrosion, but I don't know from what.

Regarding the bcc and fcd, you pick one, not both. Boost cut and fuel cut are two names for the same thing. I use the bcc and it works well.

It seems to be confined to that cylinder alone. If it came from the intake manifold then , I believe all the lower runner tunnels will have same stuff. So the only place it could have come from would be the injector hole or within the cylinder. Did you do a leakdown test on the engine before you disassembled it ? If yes what was the leakdown number on #6 ? I wonder how the #6 exhaust looks like ..

I hope it is not as bad as it looks... but am sure , you will get it going ... enthusiasts make it happen !
