Looks good, I originally didn't want to get a exhaust for this car, but after hearing some sound clips of it, I think I'll be getting one as well.

Nice pickup bro.. hows the sound inside the car? Any droning? I want exhaust but I'm scared it'll be loud.
I like the way the Audi S8 & Benz S63/65 sound. I know those all have bigger engine's but would you say the exhaust note is similar?

To me, the sound inside the car is actually really quiet. If I had any complaint about the exhaust, I kinda wish it sounded just a "tad" lower. I think you and I are after the same exhaust note. If I had to compare the PTS/JoeZ exhaust note to an S65 it would be different. Keep in mind, this is only an axleback exhaust system, but I think the closest exhaust note that sounds like the S65 for our cars would be Surugaspeed or Think Design, but those are both full catback exhausts, so it's not really apples to apples.

I'm going to be making adjustments to the mid pipes, still not sure what to do yet, but I suspect that's where a lot of the tonality comes from, and with our dual resonators/cats, I think I'm going to be making adjustments to that to try and achieve a lower growl.

Ideally this is what I want my exhaust to sound like:

I wouldn't be afraid to get this exhaust if you're scared it'll be too loud. On my drive home, I actually had to feather the throttle on the fwy to remind myself that an exhaust was just installed.

I'm not the manufacturer/retailer for these, so I honestly can't chime in on the availability of these, but one thing is for sure, Joe wants to get these exhausts going as much as you guys want them, so be on the look out either here or in the vendor section for a group buy.

Brembos just ordered this morning through some good friends of mine. Brembo GT BBK, 380mm x32mm 2-piece cross drilled, yellow calipers.

Still waiting for my Mode Parfume. *sigh.

The PTS JoeZ exhaust is actually just an axleback; don't hold your breath if you're waiting for JoeZ to create a good catback.

i MIGHT be able to put that together in the next week or so, but with my schedule the way it currently is (esp. around tax season), that might even be a stretch. Give me some time, I'll see if I can get a sound clip of a drive by.

henry, i treat my cars with the same products you you treat yours with. I'm just trying to follow your lead. question for you, did you install your own BBK?

Joe is awesome, I'm sure the LS460 owners will love his PTS JoeZ exhaust.

lol if i installed the brakes myself i guarantee i would have crashed the car long ago

my friend's friend did the install in my garage, really can't remember but i think he charged something like 200 or 240? lost that connection already though. for my gs350 i went to status autodesign in torrance and i think it was 240 per axle.

brian what color you got? i hope you got yellow
