R154 is offically in.

Thank god, if I had to do any more wire tracing for the Auto, I would've shot myself.

What oil feed and return lines are you using for the Holset? Restrictor in the feed or no restrictor?

I am using a -4 line with a 12x 1.50 into the Holset.

Then connected to a 12 x 1.25 into the 1jz block.

My line came with a restrictor, but they are only for ball-bearing GT CHRAs. I'm going to leave it out.

This is a diesel turbo, so they get like 85lbs of pressure at idle!

I also got the shifter assembly extended, and the clutch pedal is mocked in.

All I need now is a Clutch Master, a Clutch slave, a line, and some fittings for the oil line and I'm finally finished!

I caved and ordered some Marlin stuff from Drift motion.

Except I think I confused myself, and Aaron about one thing. The HX35 oil feed size.

From what I can find on Google, the oil inlet is 12 x 1.50 for the HX35. I think I got a SAE fitting, bummer.

We'll see.

Clutch pedal is installed.

Only thing left is tires for winter, and turbo fittings/couplers.

Thanks bud, I am closer then ever.

A few (Correct) parts from DM and I'll be all set. Too bad they are all the way across the country from me. If it is wrong that a 8 dollar part taking 3 weeks to get to me.

We'll see!

My thoughts exactly, when I installed mine, they seemed a little off. I also bought OEM SC300 pedals as well, and the bolts lined up perfect. Anyway, I had to remove the foot rest under the carpet and lay it back down. Mission accomplished. My foot keep hitting the rest no matter if I was bare foot or tennis shoes on.

My pedal install went as good as the writeups suggest. A little cutting, a little massaging, and BAM! Three pedals!

Can't wait to see this get running again. I have an HX35w on the way and swapping the turbine housing for the Bullseye Performane one. But if yours turns out good I might not need to do that. Hopefully by April I'll be out of this hole and back in the states to play catchup.

Come back safe!

The driveline is officially installed.

Some last minute clamps, fuel and such, and I will be driving this pig once again!

Videos Soon!

Wow man I spent the last half an hour looking throughout the thread, definitely impressive progress. I really like your self-quote too!

All the best
