Date setup for Tuesday to drop the car off for body work. I have a work trip the week of the 19th so hopefully once I get back from the trip the car is ready to come home. Perfect timing!
Today I installed a set of 15mm hub centric wheel spacers up front with longer studs so the front wheels are a little more flush and not so sunk in. I'm really happy with how they turned out! Some people run 20mm, but this is perfect for me, especially since the next set of tires will be a hair more meaty. pics are hard to tell from the angles, but looks so much better than it used to in person.
I also bought a set of 5mm spacers for the rears that should be here Monday.
Angle kind of sucks, but here's some pics.

Some teaser pics the body guy sent me. Running a little behind schedule but no biggie.
Imperfections straightened out and prepped:
Painted using PPG Omni Plus paint (code 6M2) and 3 coats of clear:
Just needs to paint the pieces that were removed and assemble. Hopefully will have it back in a few days!

6M2, stock jade color.
He had trouble with the rear lip by the license plate. I told him i didnt care if he had to use a couple bolts there as long as he makes it look nice and symmetrical, so he may have actually used a couple of bolts actually. We will see.

Just drove her home this evening. So happy with the results! Looks great, exceeded my expectations and what a cool guy to work with. Did this all out of his garage for a very reasonable price. Would recommend this guy to anyone looking for quality work at a slightly reduced cost. He does want me to bring it back in a couple weeks so he can do one final buff as there's a couple imperfections he wants to clean up (he's picky as hell because I barely even see these imperfections).
Here some pics. It was getting dark out so the camera lightened things up which kinda makes it a lil grainy. By far the hardest thing he said was this rear lip. It doesn't sit flush by the license plate which a lot of people are having issues with and nobody has found a perfect solution. I told him just throw some bolts in there with caps on them or something, just keep it symmetrical and it's good enough for me. So that's what he did and you'll see I took a zoom pic of that. Now just gotta get it back to DB to finish up the last section of exhaust!!
You'll also notice I put a couple coats of NiteShades on the tails. Might put one more coat on them (just want them tinted looking, not blacked out), then buff em so they have a nice glossy shine to them.

Just followed up on your thread. Looks great man.
I am actually in Minnesota right now visiting family. Headed to the mall of America tomorrow to finish up some shopping. Love to see the car if your close by. I am up from Alabama. I am staying in North Branch and just got in from watching the Brewers and Minnesota baseball game. Go Brewers! !! Great game!!!

I'm in Blaine. Probably 30min from North Branch or so. How long you in town for? We have a baby now so don't have lots of time but if you wanted to swing by you're more than welcome. No promises how long I can chit chat if the baby starts screaming bloody murder haha. Or if he's chill we can crack a beer in the garage or something. 'll pm you my number.

Been driving it just about every day since I got it back from paint. So far so good, trans feels great, zero complaints!
Got the WB logging issue resolved. My hvac blower wasn't working randomly, got that resolved. Got the trans tunnel holes (from trans swap) covered with thick rubber. Put new spark plug boots in and new BCPR7ES plugs all around.
Today I sadly mounted my front plate. Car looked so nice without it but it is what it is, I don't want to fear getting pulled over everytime I drive past a cop. Bought a universal front plate mount from Bell. Turned out great I think
Also made a little video. Sorry for the quality during the driving, the camera cam loose from it's mount and I didn't realise it until halfway through the drive.
