so this oil pan thing i got figured out now. had to tap and die some slightly larger threads m10x1.5 vs the stock 1.2 bold threads. i hope they hold up since it's aluminum. seems like iam gonna have to use sealant where the tube meets the ge oil pan return spout. the stock front sump pan didn't use any so this means i suck..

so still fishing for a damn w58 flywheel. had an opp and it slipped away(much like the rest of my life). so looking at the lex and wanted to know what does this cool??? the "former" auto tranny or the powersteering??
and some MORE questions???
i want my powersteering setup to be like the mk4 supra.. like so
i intend to use the resv from my ls400 and the 1jz pump as it looks just like the mk4. so heres my issue.. what lines go to what??
i know 2 go to the cooler. and 2 are not connected. does it matter which goes to the resv or to the rack???
and finally iam trying to get this damn hydro fan off..
i want to run a regular clutch fan and water pump. from looking online there appears to be 2 different kinds. can't i use a 2jzgte pump??
and do i need to remove the timing belt like on a rb to clear??(hope not)..
and finally one more ??? since i have a ls400(v8). do i still need a supra fuel pump??? i mean the v8 has to have a big pump already correct??? so should the stock ls400 pump suffice for boosting??

supra tt water pump will work great .
if you pay shipping $10 i will send you a Walbro i used it for a couple hundred miles works great still in the car i will be pulling it off this weekend.
If you gonna run stock boost the stock pump will be enough till you get some money and buy a new pump if that's what you wanna do.
if you decide to buy a new fpump just get the aeromotive it's cheaper than the TT pump and flows more but a little noisy.
On the body plugs you will need to just a couple of wires to get the car to start let me know when you ready i will tell you what wires they are.

I get confuse when people say water pump housing it should come with the water pump? atleast all the toyota ones i had installed do ! even comes with thermostat gasket, o ring and couple gaskets.
16100-49847 is the Toyota part number for the water pump, replace the thermostat also at the same time if you can.
90916-03093 thermostat
16325-62010 thermostat gasket
This is what i would do just to be on the safe side, replace the Oil pump because 95% of the time people lose their gte blocks and most of them is caused by the defective oil pump i know atleast 5 members on here that went through that. but it's your call and i know you on a tight budget but think about it.
check out this thread and learn from it.

btw you need a new flange for the oil return line , it's different if you are going from a front sump to a rear sump pan.so you need one from a TT it's not that expensive.

If you buy an aftermarket water pump you can get it without the housing. It's a lot cheaper. But the problem is it won't bolt up to the housings that have the jdm hydraulic fan setup.
