Hi John. Love your IS250. was gonna PM you instead of reviving this thread but i can't PM; not sure if its because I am a new member. Or this forum does not allow it @ all. Just wanted to say that the list of parts is really really helpful; i am currently shopping around for an IS250 and i plan on doing something similar. Just wondering though, is the hood missing from your list? Also are there potentially any other parts that one might need for such a conversion (that perhaps you might have missed out?)

Btw regarding this picture... is it just me, or does the front bumper seem to be drooping abit on the left side. Because on an older post the bumper was drooping on the right side?
