I just want to say, I'm not a fan of the gauges, but the car looks nice.

a few quick suggestions would be to get rid of that breather filter on the exhaust side and go back to a hose or maybe a catch can before you start a oil fire. also try to turn the turbo intake pipe so its not directly behind the radiator fans sucking in hot air
I'd take his suggestions. Defiantly rotate the intake pipe. also, have you done a boost leak test, Some of your couplers look to be possibly too big and may not be sealing right.
Also, you can make a catch can for under $10 as a temporary solution.

The gauges do serve their purpose. Although you can't focus on all of them, you can see them at the same time and you can see if the oil pressure is low or the water temp gets high.

I understand about the crank case pressure with a boosted car, but I am running pretty low boost and have seen *NO* indication that oil is spitting out of the breather filter. I just don't see the necessity of it at this point. Maybe once I crank up the boost I may re-evaluate the system and add it.

Pump gas only goes up to 91 octane here in AZ due to additives in the fuel for emissions.
