Ah yet another build thread!
What up club lexus?
My name is Marc and im glad to be here. Im new here and posted in the noob thread and decided to finally make a build thread seeing as how the mod bug bit me extra hard and my cars can never be stock.
I came from the world of mitsubishis. I personally have a galant i swapped from an auto to 5 spd manual and turbo'd and dubbed her "Ivory"
My throw out bearing eventually failed and i needed something to drive around reliably while i worked on the galant. My girlfriend has a white 95 sc400 and i loved the car so i started looking around for one....i came across a deal on an 88 toyota 5 spd turbo that i picked up. A month later i sold that and on march 26 of this year i picked up my 92 sc400 and called him "Ebony" haha let the ebony and ivory puns begin
when i first saw it.
my girls Sc and mine..
My first mod was some 10k Hids for the lows and 3k for the hi beams
I also cleaned up the headlamps and fogs with the turtle wax defogger stuff to get off that aweful oxidation!
The next mod was blacking out the low/hi beams and foglights/tail lights
sc meets smurf LOL!!
I then got 5% tint shortly afterwards.
Latest mod was today. 18x9 et15
;
front fenders are already rolled, still gotta do the rears. Next up are d2 coilovers
stay tuned folks

Nice Galant! I always liked those cars, but they never got any love here in the U.S. Wish they had made the VR4 available here, but I guess you did the next best thing by adding your own turbo. Great start on the SC also!
