Hello, yes, the are original Lexus Parts of 1997 not the most beautiful parts

yesterday i would install the LS400 calipers, all ok, shield perfect modified, not a big thing, but my wheels are have to less offset 6-7mm are missing to fit

i think to sell the parts.. or install 10mm spacers on each side, but looks this good? maybe.. i will nevertheless post the pictures from the install

ok.. start the install

remove old caliper




left SC right LS


screws


2 cuts with the cutting disc on the hub later....(little modfied)








disc test








don´t forget! little modification on the upper mount from the caliper


yeah!!!


and test on the evening


*****... not enough space for the calipers

The shock holder is welded and painted, installed with longer screws

beginn to remove the tripod to change the bearings

T-56 bearing ready to modify

the hole is smaller as the pipe on the input shaft.... cut it!





adapter plate for the bearing fitted again


oh.... the screw have no place....


no problem... cut again


yeah! the bellhouse fits perfect


bellhouse inside




the last parts fitted on the clutch master cylinder




enough for the weekend next step is order the parts for the tripod.

hy, little update

all 4 fenders are rolled, but not perfect its ok, the tires have enough distance to the fender, no more contact more

i have become from a friend form his damaged tranny the speed sensor. the original from my w58 have no o-ring more and the contact pin is not original.. ok... new one installed, ready

next step, paint the calipers gold. its VHT paint with clear gloss







muffler removed to weld the plates on to go legal


center muffler removed to paint it also black (VHT paint)










oh... small pipes.... next project

not much news, but today, my FETSPORTS strut brace is coming from Australia Is an used part for the supra, build in japan. fits to 98% perfect, only on the side with the intake pipe, must i the holder a little bit modify after this, paint the holder black and polish the strut

Hy!

Next part arrived

A GTSPEC rear strut brace very stiff, i tested it, i stand on it











Next week comes the Differential Pinion Mount Bushing SuperPro SPF2769KU frtom AUS



then i will swap back to the TT diff with the LSD, install the bushings, modify my shocks and install the strut bar after this is done, modify the front shocks ( i need a little higher for legal ) modify the strut bar to have no contact to the intake pipe and paint it

its winter yet in austria, but not too cold for do this things

Car is coming along nicely.
Its gotta be nice to have the tools and knowhow to make all those small adjustments to make mods work. A guy like me has to pay someone to do everything, although I'm debating whether or not I want to try the manual swap on my '99 myself..
