I know the feeling man. I've put in about $2,400 in mods over the nine months that I've own my car. I haven't even lowered it or started boosting yet either.

 

lol hell yeah i don't care what anyone says these cars are not cheap to mod on a moddest budget, my SC's are always breakin my bank..

on my red car i spent about 1,000 just in my interior, and that was just replacing a blacked out climate, getting white gauges and climate, buying a 3 spoke steering wheel and replacing cracked upper door trim...



i think once you boost the real $$$$ sets in..

 

For some reason though at the end of the day when you take a look at your work none of the $ matters.

So it has been alil bit guys, and i havent updated the thread n a while...
Finally i got what i wanted, i was patient, and came across a great deal thanks to a friend

anyway here are some pics of the motor...its a complete m/t Soarer 1jz,






compression tested the motor and was shocked by the results...

Oh baby. Seems like that motor is in pretty damn good shape! It looks pretty clean too. Can't wait to see it go in.

 

Thanks Bro, i was jus thinking of changing the Plugs while the motor is on the floor, i was gonna do the waterpump as well but this motor is so clean it doesnt even look to be like it was used much..lol
