haha believe me, seeing dave's post is like a big approval
the ls460l is one gorgeous car, with the mods and 22s the car looks total killer, no doubt about it. however the driving part is another story. it's so quiet and smooth there is no road feel at all. i want something that's more fun to drive. so once i had that thought there was no point in keeping the ls460l anymore

i guess when i am 45 i would have no problem having one, but for now i can use something more fun
i would highly suggest you drive one and see how you like it. not a 2 min drive, but a more extensive drive on local, different roads, and freeway. feel the handling, road feel, feedback. not saying the car can't handle (in fact it's pretty darn good), but the lack of road feel really put me off a bit.

). Even with the IS350 I had a slight issue with the numbness initially. But 19" wheels/T1R tires and Eibach 350 springs improved the steering and cornering just enough for my taste without ruining the ride.

but back to the gs350. even when stock, i think its handling and road feel were so much better than ls460l lowered with 22s already

It seems like Lexus cars often need tweaks to get the handling and steering feel to what we seek. But many of us enjoy making the mods to personalize the cars anyway.
maybe i'm spoiled by having cars with exceptional handling. you should, and are definitely welcome to feeling the handling on my C6 with coilovers and performance alignment. but i dont mind the numbness in the LS because roadfeel wasnt the point of the car like in my 750.
i've been looking at picking up a GS or 5 for a nice combination in between for those days i'm feeling saucy but tired. it's good to hear that report on the GS. let me know when you anticipate selling it lol. no really. i've always really liked all your cars.
