I wish there was more of an update, the car is still in paint. Missing a couple things on the motor still. The valve lash is pretty far off and I dont have the shims to get it right. Think I need to have the valves cut down so I get in the range I need to just order shims from the dealer, unless someone in socal has some short 28mm shims. Think I may have found a clutch though which is good. And My web site has been updated after 6 years. I still need to fix alot of things but if you need web site work or a cool Tshirt, hit up www.kameezapparel.com

Then I just wanted to show you guys the coil overs for this car. RSR I-Shocks, titanium springs, aluminum housings, 2 way adjustable. Right now its 16kg and 16kg. Probably not going to run a rear sway bar so this should be cool. I may end up dropping the rear spring rate down a bit but need to test them first.

At this point I'm not sure if it will be making atl. Even if I get the car running, I dont want to drive that far with an untested car.
Da Coupe, still looking for someone to tune it. Waiting on the software.

Really what it comes down to is driver opinion. Seeing as I'm not driving your car, these decisions are yours

The 16/16 setup worked good with the stock power on my daily. Tracked it and drifted it a few times, though it was a little oversteerish for grip. I'll probably end up switching the rates once I get some testing in.
Put the bottom half together for the DVD,
Thank You Brian Crower, CP pistons, and Speed O Motive!!!

in Formula D are you not allowed to tub the front end?
I fear that you will be hitting the upper arches alot. I do in my street car with 15kg springs at only 350mm CWG.
What was the height of your old street car? Pics or measurments?
The thing is its hard to tell if you are hitting the bump stops too, I noticed under braking becasue as soon as you hit them I would lock up.
In bumps it was harder to tell.
Just curious as the 4 main drift soarers in the world all use tubs, and I think they found the same reasoning as I did.
The upper arches are designed badly and dont allow for much space.

You cant cut behind the shock towers. You can do anything to the front section though. If I do end up with a problem, I'll just cut it out or make a lower body kit.

Thats funny you say that, I was thinking of lowering the front gaurd height due to this. Origin bars sit the lowest of any brand at the front too. (abnormally low compared to the sides and rear)

Yeah, I like the origin front bumper and their front fenders, just the sides and rear are kinda stock looking.
The car got primered today, I'll throw up a pic in the morning. Kinda tired. Got home not long ago from picking up a pair of seats almost 100 miles away. Only on my second beer and my eyes are closing fast.
