Good News, Got probably the best ecu on the market. This thing can do just about anything, I'll let the stats speak for itself.
V88 Model ECU
The ViPEC V88 is our most advanced ECU. This ECU has many features which allow it to be setup to suit various types of engine configurations. It has very flexible options over how the inputs and outputs are controlled, and allows the user to design their own functions to control all sorts of devices. Precise control of injectors and ignition angle are guaranteed at very low or high RPM or manifold pressures. A very high level of protection from interference and tolerance of trigger input errors has been built into this ECU, ensuring a smooth running engine even under the most demanding conditions.
Variable camshaft control for up to four camshaft. Control of camshaft position is very precise and time taken to advance from full retard to full advance is less the 1 second. Support for VVT and VANOS systems.
Closed loop control of idle speed and boost pressure makes for a "factory" idle speed stability, and precise control of boost pressure. Boost control can be setup to provide a different boost in each gear.
Knock control with support for two sensors. Knock control is user definable with flexible settings to allow precise knock control.
E-Throttle (Electronic Throttle Control).
Peak and hold injector drivers are 10 amp. Both the peak Amps and hold Amps can be set separately in the software for optimum injector control. See setup screen.
Feature Comparison for V44, V88 and plug-in ECU
HARDWARE:
Main Connector 2 x 34 Pin waterproof.
USB data link connector plus CAN
Case, silver extruded aluminium, 169 x 172 x 42 mm (overall).

Vipec makes some good stuff. very popular in australia and rally guys use it all the time.
the only problem i see with this system is the ignition resolution. it will only be as good as the factory trigger wheel that you use. are you using the stock trigger wheel or doing a crank or cam trigger wheel.
i like how electromotive makes you run a 60-1 or 120-2 trigger wheel this way you get the best ignition resolution possible.
is the vipec able to do ignition and injector timing per cylinder?
egt logging?
looks like it might be fast JK

Rays Wheels came threw. Got down there today and they had a stack waiting for me. They are used (off last years apex car) no complaints from me as you cant get anything better then inches of deep polished lips. They're the GT-F line and are 18x9 and 18x10 +1 offset. We are thinking about having the centers powdercoated to match. We will see how they look once the car is out of paint. That brings up another topic, Tribal red candy Flames? Paint sponsor is coming up with ideas.
Yeah, I have 8 of them which is a big help when you need to switch out tires fast. Thank You Rays!!!

That is serious fitament.!!. Hope the fenders are ready! RAYS= You made it in the drift world!
Do something classy that you will like in a year or more w/the paint!
Well it'll get bunged up drifting, candy might be hard to color match? Dunno

Some of you may know but House of Kolor is helping with the paint for the car. This is why its been a while since the car has been at the body shop. They are working on something that should be interesting for the car.
After the post a few weeks back of the parts that I still needed, One of the members of club4ag emailed me saying he was going to build an sc300 and pick up a few things but never got around to using them. An intake and exhaust manifold. And if I needed them, he would trade for advertising space on the car, AOBA Japanese Thai Restaurant. check out http://www.aobajapaneserestaurant.com/ and http://indrarestaurant.com "original thai cuisine since 1975" in Glendale. I got lost and hit the wrong freeway going to pick up the stuff. Thank You Jimmy!!
Then I just wanted to show you guys the coil overs for this car. RSR I-Shocks, titanium springs, aluminum housings, 2 way adjustable. Right now its 16kg and 16kg. Probably not going to run a rear sway bar so this should be cool. I may end up dropping the rear spring rate down a bit but need to test them first.
I also got a pair of Sparco Fighter seats, but I may need to trade these. They are the wide ones and bottom mount. I was looking for side mount and the regular size. Anyone want to trade for something else? They are slightly used (was the back seats of a fit for sema) and are pretty much perfect other then some dust and dirt from being in a car and not sat in for a long time.

Questions
I actually have a couple questions for you.
I have a sc300 with 1jz, kaaz dif, pbm coilovers 18kg/12kg 10 way adjustable. stock sways, poly bushings front upper lower control arm and steering rack, gutted (3300lbs. w/out driver).
I have taken the car to the track a number of times and I want to start drifting. IT seems really tail happy on any sort of throttle at the limit. I had to go full hard in front and full soft in rear to keep it somewhat neutral.
current alignment
front
2.5 deg castor
1 deg camber
no toe
rear
.30 deg toe in
1.5 deg camber
are you changing the steering rack?
what do you suggest for alignment specs?
should I get a heavier sway in front so i can get the car less oversteer?
should I get offset wheels maybe 245front 275 rear to offset the serious amount of oversteer?
