Just washed my 1992 Sc 400 and noticed 2 small bubbles in the paint around the rear wheel. I had this area repaired for this problem once and now they are back. Does anyone sell panels for around the rear wheels that would stop this rust problem? Other than that is there any wy to repair these spots so they do not come back? Thanks for any advice.
