I'll get sagging in spots on my seats sometimes when I'm cleaning them. I noticed I'll sometimes rest my hand or elbow on the leather when cleaning and put all of my weight on that spot for a minute or two, causing that spot to sag. I noticed it goes away after about a week or so. I do park outside, so I don't know if that helps tighten it back up.
