Scraped rocker panel
Hi all
So I misjudged the angle and put a large scrap in the rocker panel of my 2013 GS350. It's the lowest piece of body trim between the front and rear wheel on the left side of the car.
I'd like to repair this in a cost-effective way but have no clue how. Any suggestions are welcome - thanks!
The scrap is mostly underneath the vehicle
from a distance - the damage is near the rear wheel
Thanks in advance!

Cost effective would to repair that yourself. Body filler, primer, paint. The good news is the crease/body line will hide the transition from original to new paint.

I'm not sure what cost effective means to you but if you want to repair this right it will need to be sanded down, filled, primered and painted. You are lucky that the side panel is an isolated piece and does not run into the quarter panel. This means that it can be taken off, painted, and clear coated without affecting the rest of the car. I have a shop in the Orange County area and could help you with this. PM me if you are interested.
