I haven't seen any touch-up paint that's specifically made for leather, but I'm sure a good detail shop may be able to help you.

There are leather spray paints for re-painting an entire interior (not changing color) when the seats are badly stained. Used by dealers to prep a used car for sale. Don't know where to buy it though. Ask me how I know this.

I have used some enamel paints sold at my local Hobby Shop to touch up the Parchment leather in an RX interior. The color match was perfect, and the paint lasted more than six months before another touch-up was required. Inexpensive too.

You could contact Color plus+ or leatherique. The can make you actual leather dye based on your color. I have experience with Color+ Her name is Joanne and she is great to work with. I have only used leatherique leather conditioner so I cannot speak for their dyes but they do the service as well.
