CarPro Iron X is mainly use for Wheel cleaning right?

Not at all. It is made to be used to remove iron/fallout from paint, wheels, glass, etc. We use it on paint 95% of the time.

... but it can work well on wheels as well.

What would be a good cleaner for wheels? There's so many of them, I have no idea which one has better quality, i dont care about the price.

I dont see CarPro has anything for wheel cleaner , except Iron X which can be used for wheels.
