What have you tried so far?
Have you tried a leather cleaner (Lexol PH etc.) or Murphy's oil soap and hot water?

That would be the safest. I can think of some other things to try, but that would be my first course of action.

I can relate to the dried up milk but in the trunk of the '96 GS300. Wife went grocery shopping, could not find the gallon of milk after unloading or one of the kids just got real lazy. Figured the ck out guy forgot to pack it and the store gave her one. Well one week later after fermenting nicely , when driving noticed a "pop" sound in the trunk then the smell of rotten milk.
Couple minutes later the radio went. Yep, got into the amp in the trunk. Still smells to this day for could not get it all out. Cost me 99 bucks and about 3 weeks to get the amp back after removing it myself and taking it to a radio shop.
